Until June 15 after sophomore year, Division I and II coaches cannot call, text, email or DM a recruit. You can email them any time — and should. Everything you send now sits in your file, waiting for the day the gate opens.

A starting list of women’s soccer programs to react to — it is deliberately broader than any one player’s range. Filter it, add what fits to your list, and add any school that’s missing.

Coaches
One row per human being, not per school. Address the head coach and CC the assistant — the head coach decides, the assistant usually runs recruiting day to day. Never a group email; one school at a time.
Emails that get opened
These fill in from your profile. Anything still highlighted is a blank you have to fill by hand — those blanks are the whole point. A coach can tell in one line whether an email was written for them or blasted to two hundred schools.
Subject lines. Coaches scan a phone inbox between sessions. Put the year, position and one hard number in the subject: 2029 CM / Left-footed / 4.0 GPA — Riverside ECNL beats Interested in your program every time.

Undo a bad day
The backup above protects you from losing this phone. This protects you from yourself — a code pasted over good work, a mistaken erase, notes overwritten. A copy is kept before anything destructive, and periodically as you work.
A copy that isn’t on this device
Everything else here lives in this browser, so a cleared phone takes it all. Turn this on and every change is encrypted before it leaves — the server stores a blob it cannot read. On a new phone, type the recovery code and everything comes back.
Move your list to your phone
A sync code is your whole dossier packed into one line of text. Copy it here, send it to yourself in a note or an email, then open this page on the other device and paste it in. It is the fastest way to move everything to a new phone or laptop.
Where this lives
Everything is saved in this browser only — nothing is uploaded anywhere. That means it does not follow you to another device, and clearing site data erases it. Export a backup every few weeks.
